Wandworth’s Local Outbreak Control Plan
Our Local Outbreak Prevention and Control Plan explains how we will support all of our residents, communities and businesses to understand and follow public health advice to prevent and control the spread of coronavirus. This includes advice to have a test if you develop symptoms and if you test positive for COVID-19, to help trace people who you have been in contact with via NHS Test and Trace so that they can then self-isolate and help prevent further spread of infection.
The plan also explains our role in working with local and national partners to investigate, manage and control local outbreaks to keep Wandsworth safe. Public Health England Action Cards have been designed for specific situations where an outbreak could occur. The Action Cards are designed to be downloaded or printed and used as quick reference guides.
We also publish the number of cases of coronavirus in the borough each week.
