Residential development of 106 new Council Rent homes within the Surrey Lane estate. The development comprises three blocks, ranging from four to six storeys, together with associated landscaping and environmental improvements.

News

Hill are continuing to make good progress on the development:

Block A is split into two cores: A1 and A2. Brickwork is now at level three to four with plumbing, electrical and sprinkler. The first fix is ongoing across the two cores.
On Block B, brickwork has nearly been completed except the north elevation. The second fix carpentry and kitchens are in progress to levels two, three and four. The second fix electrical is in progress to level two. Level five ceilings are being closed up.
Finally, in Block C kitchens and second fix joinery is complete to levels one, two and three. A mock-up bathroom sample is being constructed and the communal doors are being fitted.
