Advice sessions on the EU Settlement Scheme are being held during September in different European languages.
Wandsworth residents who are EU citizens need to take action to secure their right to live, work, study and receive benefits and services in the UK.
You should apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status) before December 31 as this is the end of the Brexit transition period and your rights could change afterwards.
Book your place on a free e-information sessions organised by Citizens Advice Wandsworth and learn about the EU Settlement Scheme and the rights of EU nationals:
Italian: September 10, 10am to 11:30am

The presentations will cover:
- How Brexit will affect EU nationals living in the UK
- How to apply under the EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status)
- Your options in regards with British Citizenship
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions.
The events will be delivered via Zoom and you must register in advance. If you have any questions about registration and/or accessibility, contact email@example.com or ring 07761 917510.
The Citizens Advice Wandsworth EU Project is commissioned by Wandsworth Council to provide information to its citizens who are EU nationals.
This is the latest in a string of information events, with three sessions held online during the lockdown.
Leader of the Council Ravi Govindia said: “Whatever one’s view of Brexit, we believe it is vital to ensure none of the EU nationals living in the borough miss the chance to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme. They make a huge contribution to our public services and our economy.”
