Wandsworth’s EU residents that have Pre-settled Status to remain in the UK can attend an information session next week to find out about applying for Settled Status.

More than 70,000 Wandsworth residents have already applied to the EU Settlement Scheme. However, almost half have Pre-settled Status which expires fives years after it has been issued.
Many residents with Pre-settled Status have now spent five continuous years in the UK and are eligible to apply for Settled Status, which gives them more rights and is permanent.
This session will explain how to apply and upgrade from Pre-Settled to Settled Status and how to manage your digital immigration account.
It is free to attend and will be delivered online via Zoom. No registration in advance is required.

Wandsworth Council commissions Citizens Advice Wandsworth to help individual residents to secure their rights to live in the UK by applying to the EU Settlement Scheme and manage their settled and pre-settled status.
