Help using our web chat
You will need to provide your name and email address to begin your web chat. This will ensure that you can request a copy of the transcript at the end of your chat.
If you do not have an email address, please use email@example.com. This will allow you to use our web chat without an email address. This email is only used to enable web chat access and is not a email address that residents can use to send enquiries for response. Please refrain from emailing this directly as you will not receive a response.
Our main operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except for bank holidays).
