Citizens Advice Wandsworth service

We are funding Citizens Advice Wandsworth to provide an information and advice service to EU citizens living in Wandsworth.

Advice is available by telephone, email, face to face appointments and drop-in sessions.

European Pension Forms

Usually residents wanting their 'confirmation of life' form signed for a European Pension can be handled by our Customer Services Team. However, we are not currently able to help residents with these enquiries due to the current pandemic and as a result the restricted reception service we are currently able to offer.

Residents wanting their 'confirmation of life' signed for a European Pension are advised to contact the embassy for the relevant country to confirm who else can sign these apart from the local council. Most countries allow a General Practitioner or a solicitor to do these, but residents will need to confirm with the embassy as some countries have different rules.

Reporting hate crime

Wandsworth has not seen the increase in hate crime incidents that other places have experienced, but we can take nothing for granted and must remain vigilant and prepared.
