Congratulations on booking your ceremony with us.

Whether a grand event, or something more simple and intimate, we want your ceremony to be a special and memorable occasion. Our marriage and civil partnership ceremony guides tell you everything you need to know in preparation for the big day. 

Please download and complete the appropriate ceremony planner file and return it to us at registeroffice@wandsworth.gov.uk no later than two weeks before the ceremony.

Please note that no religious rituals, content or connotations are permitted in a civil ceremony.

What happens next 

We will meet with you both before the start of the ceremony to go through the legalities and order of ceremony. Please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. Late arrival will mean your ceremony will not go ahead and you will need to rebook and pay again.
