Great Mental Health Day
Great Mental Health Day takes place on Friday 30 January 2026.

The theme this year is ‘everyday spaces’, celebrating the informal community spaces where connection happens and support begins.
We've put together a week of events, ending with an afternoon of mindfulness and wellbeing at Battersea Park Library. Come along between 12 and 3pm on Friday 30 January to take part in mindfulness activities and meet local support organisations.
