Housing Improvement and Transformation Board
The Housing Improvement and Transformation (HIT) Board oversees the delivery of our HIT Plan and helps ensure improvements lead to better outcomes for tenants and leaseholders. The board will meet four times a year.
The HIT Plan brings together the work we are doing to meet required standards and improve the quality of our housing services. It sets out what needs to improve, who is responsible, how progress will be measured and when each action is expected to be completed.
