Description

Proposed redevelopment of existing hard standing located east of 59 Arnal Crescent. The new development will provide affordable homes consisting of two x two-storey housing blocks, each accommodating two self-contained flats.

These proposals are part of our commitment to the delivery of an increased range of housing options for Wandsworth residents and workers to help meet the significant demand for low-cost housing, through development on its own land. The intention will be for any new homes to be prioritised to meet local housing needs and demands.

News

The contractor which was initially appointed to undertake the construction of these four homes has now, unfortunately, gone into liquidation.

The re-tendering process is underway to appoint a new main contractor as soon as possible. Whilst this process is ongoing, we will be ensuring that the site is made secure and that the last elements of work to the new car parking spaces around the estate are completed as a matter of priority.

We will continue to keep local people informed as the development progresses.
