COVID-19 update

Due to COVID-19 we are currently working remotely, so until further notice we are not offering face to face appointments or interviews. We are reviewing and monitoring developments continuously, and our approach will continue to evolve.

Although our office remains open and we are fully committed to providing an ongoing service, the current situation will affect our ability to deal with matters, but we are doing the best we can to work as efficiently as possible in the circumstances. Therefore, please send copies of documents to us by email wherever possible, whilst continuing to send the hardcopies in via post in the usual way.

We aim to respond to your email within 2 working days; you may receive a response by email, post or phone call. Please note we do not give priority to emails over letters or telephone calls to the office, as enquiries are dealt with in the order in which they are received.

If you have submitted a Combined Sales Scheme application form, please note that the registration process can take up to 10 working days, particularly when there is a development launch or if we are receiving a high volume of applications.
