Response times

We aim to respond to your email within 2 working days. You may receive a response by email, post or phone call. Please note we do not give priority to emails over letters or telephone calls to the office, as enquiries are dealt with in the order in which they are received.

Update - January 2024

We are experiencing a very high volume of forms and this may lead to a delay in processing your application. However, we are working through the forms as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

If you are calling to chase progress on your application form, please allow at least 15 working days before chasing.

Combined Sales Scheme applications

If you have submitted a Combined Sales Scheme application form, please note that the registration process can take up to 10 working days, particularly when there is a development launch or if we are receiving a high volume of applications.
