Following completion of the competitive tender process in late 2024, Bugler Construction Ltd have been appointed as main contractor for the scheme.
Bugler Construction Ltd took possession of the site in spring 2025. Some communal works, including new stores and parking areas, are complete with construction of the townhouses and apartment blocks is well underway.
