We carry out consultations with our residents, businesses and others with a local interest to ensure we have fully taken into account their views before making decisions that affect them.
Resident participation consultation
We are currently reviewing our Resident Participation and Consultation Strategy.
We want to ensure all our tenants can get involved at a level that suits them. This includes council tenants, leaseholders, and other residents of our estates. To get involved with these changes and to share your views, please complete our survey by 25 October 2026.
Building Safety Strategy
In 2024, we consulted on the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy covering high-rise blocks (more than 7 storeys or 18 metres in height) in the borough.
The strategy describes how we will include Wandsworth residents who live in a high-rise block in fire and building safety decisions.
