Alarm instructions for carers, responders and family responding to an alarm

Issues with Telecare and Careline

We are currently experiencing issues with Telecare where some users are unable to connect with the monitoring centre. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency. See contact details for Adult Social Care for other ways to get in touch.

If you are a carer or responder, you will need to know what happens when an alarm goes off.

See our page on how our alarms and sensors can help you for more information.

Contact details for carers and responders

It is important to keep your information up to date if you are the carer or responder for the alarm user.

Contact the Emergency Response Officers if your availability or contact details change. For example, if you go on holiday or have a new mobile number.

Emergency Response Officers telephone: 020 8871 7741 (24 hours)

If you have any concerns about the equipment contact Robin Ollett on 020 8871 8990.
