Issues with Telecare and Careline

We are currently experiencing issues with Telecare where some users are unable to connect with the monitoring centre. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency. See contact details for Adult Social Care for other ways to get in touch.

WATCH Lifeline

Wandsworth Alarm Telephone Care Helpline (WATCH) Lifeline is an emergency home response alarm service for older people and younger disabled residents provided by Wandsworth Council. You can apply for yourself, for a relative, by a carer, be referred by doctor or healthcare worker.

Contact Supported Housing Services to arrange an appointment with an Emergency Response Officer, who will explain more fully how the service works.
