Leaseholders registering for the first time must request their unique person reference number before trying to register. You will be asked to provide information that will allow us to release your person reference number to you in order for you to create an account.
After you have obtained your unique person reference number, you can create an account.
Please note you will not be able to view your service charge account or your service charge bill. Housing Online allows you to view your non-residential garage or store accounts, any heating and hot water accounts, raise communal or estate repairs and to update your telephone and email contact details.
If you have a problem registering or logging into your Wandsworth Housing Online account, complete the online form and provide details of the problem you are experiencing or any error messages you receive.
Do not use this form to request general repairs or any other issues as you may not receive a reply.
