Friends groups - submit your site details
If you're part of a Friends group, we periodically ask you to submit your site details using our online form.
Before you start
You should read the Green Space Quality Manual, as the form asks you to score elements of your site in line with this criteria.
You have the option of uploading up to five photos of your site. These photos can not be bigger than 5MB each, so you may want to check the size of your photos first.
Complete the form
The form is quick and easy to complete online.
What happens next
The results from our forms will be monitored by the Parks team. Results will be used to support the monitoring of our contractor's performance.
