The draft Health and Wellbeing plan looks at how local organisations, including Wandsworth Council, the NHS, and voluntary and community sector partners, will work together to meet local needs over the next five years.
Your feedback will help ensure the actions in the final plan are bold enough to make a real difference.
Graeme Henderson, Wandsworth Council Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care and Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board, said:
"We have come up with 19 steps to health and wellbeing, based on an in-depth assessment of need in our communities.
"We want your input on how we deliver these steps to make sure we are working together to create a fairer, more compassionate and healthier borough. Everybody of all ages who lives or works in Wandsworth is affected, so please ensure your voice is heard."
The plan details how the 19 steps can be met, including rethinking how services should be delivered and whether different ones are needed. It also sets out which local organisations will be responsible for each action. The aim is to keep people healthier for longer, to delay the need for health care services.
You can comment via an online survey. There is no need to answer questions about every priority – only the ones you feel are most relevant or important to you. The final plan will be published in Autumn 2023. View Easy Read version of the strategy
