- Dumped or abandoned trees: report it online.
- Report a missed collection if your tree was missed on collection day. Tell us after 7 pm on collection day.
Your tree will be collected on the same day as your rubbish and recycling, but in a different vehicle, so it may not be at the same time.
Trees should be left out after 6.30 pm on the day before the collection is due, and by 6.30 am on the collection day. Please remove any pots or decorations.
Where to leave your tree
- If you have a front garden - put your tree out for collection next to your rubbish and recycling bags, on your usual collection day - not on the street. Ensure it's where the waste crews can see it and is clearly visible.
- If you do not have a front garden - put your tree just outside your front door on the pavement taking care not to block where people walk.
- If you live in a block of flats - leave your tree near to your rubbish or recycling bin store, making sure you do not block access to the bins.
You can also take your trees to one of three drop-off points:
- Tooting Common, Dr Johnson Car Park, SW17 8JU
- Battersea Park, Albert Bridge Car Park, Albert Bridge Road, SW11 4NU
- Battersea Park, Chelsea Gate, Carriage Drive North, SW11 4NJ
