Join the discussion at Older People’s Forum 

The forum receives funding from the council to spread information to the borough’s older residents and collect their views about services for older people.  

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Is Wandsworth a good place for your retirement years’ and it will cover subjects including food banks, transport, pension credits, housing, health and support. A final report will be prepared for the council and the local NHS.  

Speakers include Fleur Anderson MP, police Superintendent Dave Bannister and John McGeachy from Age UK London.  There will be time for questions and networking.  

Organisations connected with older people are invited to send two representatives. Transport is available for those unable to use public transport and lunch is provided. If you would like to go, call 07944 010245, or email su.elliott2@virgin.net.
