Retrofit grants and funding

There are a range of grants and funding schemes available to assist with the costs of retrofitting residential or commercial properties.

Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund

The fund is available to local authorities to upgrade their social housing stock to an EPC rating of C.

It also supports homeowners or private tenants with EPC ratings of D to G who are receiving benefits, including child benefit.
