Get Set, Go! Is an event to help with the transition to adulthood for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Go along to meet with representatives from a range of services that support children and young people with SEND, including training, housing, employment, education, activities and health. Lunch and light refreshments are provided and there will be fun activities to take part in.
Parents, carers and schools are welcome to attend, as well as young people themselves.
Get Set, Go! 2024 is on April 23rd at Wandsworth Town Hall Civic Suite from 12pm until 5pm
