The annual awards celebrate the individuals and groups who make sport and physical activity an important part of life across the borough. From dedicated volunteers and inspiring coaches to community organisations and talented athletes, the awards recognise those helping residents of all ages and backgrounds enjoy the benefits of being active.
The awards recognise achievements at every level and shine a spotlight on the people whose efforts help create healthier, happier and more connected neighbourhoods.
Whether it is a volunteer who gives up their time each week, a coach nurturing future talent, a school encouraging children to be active, or an athlete achieving sporting success, the awards are an opportunity to say thank you and celebrate their contribution to the borough.
