Our borough’s libraries have already hosted events like a meet and greet with Peter Parker about his book Some Men in London: Queer Life, 1945–1969 and a storytelling and song event with pantomime dame Mama G.

Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Culture, Kemi Akinola said: “It’s important that we celebrate everyone in our Borough and that this month LGBT history is highlighted. There are a great range of activities over half-term in our libraries to inspire and engage everyone that visits."
