Our new 7 rings, 7 days guarantee makes it easier for residents to get in touch and ensures faster repairs across the borough.
Kate Stock, Cabinet Member for Children, said: “It’s great to be on one of our School Streets talking to families about our new resident guarantee and the ways it will help improve their lives.
“I know parents and carers live busy lives. You can be reassured that you won’t need to wait more than 7 rings for us to pick up your call if you need us.
“Likewise, if a resident reports graffiti, a broken street sign, or a dangerous pothole, it will be fixed within 7 days. This will help make our streets cleaner and safer for children and families, and ensure everyone can have pride in their neighbourhood.
“We’re doing all this while keeping the lowest Council Tax in the country.”
