Appropriate Adults needed to help vulnerable people

You would support children and vulnerable adults in police custody who do not have an appropriate family member or friend to be there for them.

Being an Appropriate Adult can be a rewarding role and if desired the council can offer support in gaining a qualification as an approved Appropriate Adult. The main requirement is that you either work or live in the borough of Wandsworth and are willing to give up some of your time to this cause.
