If you smoke cigarettes or know somebody who does, No Smoking Day is a great opportunity to find out more about your local Stop Smoking Service.

We are committed to helping residents make healthier choices and offer free services such as advice through our Health Bus service. For those who want to quit smoking, we provide free support and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), like gum and patches to help you on your journey to quitting.

We know that quitting cigarettes can be hard but in 2024, our Stop Smoking Services helped 428 residents to quit smoking.

Mark, a resident from Wandsworth, who used our Stop Smoking Service said: "Thank you so much for your support and encouragement in my quest to give up smoking after 15 years. You and your team do an invaluable job which is greatly appreciated and has led to my successful cessation of smoking."

We welcome residents to come and speak to one of our friendly and experienced Stop Smoking Advisors about how we can help you. Over the next week, our Advisors will be visiting locations across the borough.
