Delivering homes for a range of needs in Wandsworth

Aydin Dikerdem, Cabinet Member for Housing recently visited Colson Way – one of the latest developments in the Homes for Wandsworth programme.

The site was previously a row of disused garages and is now providing seven much-needed new homes for residents with additional needs, including communal space and accommodation for staff who are on-site to give 24-hour care and support.

The Homes for Wandsworth programme pledges to deliver 1,000 new quality council homes covering a range of local needs, alongside new community facilities.
