New Brocklebank Health Centre brings more healthcare closer to home for Wandsworth residents

The modern three-storey centre provides new and improved facilities for local patients, bringing GP, community health, dental and podiatry services together in one convenient location.

Wandsworth Council worked in partnership with NHS South West London, NHS Property Services and Brocklebank Group Practice to support the development of the new centre as part of the wider Atheldene regeneration programme.

Located within 50 metres of the former Brocklebank site, the centre opened in April 2026 and has been designed to meet the healthcare needs of both existing residents and growing communities in the area.

Brocklebank Group Practice continues to care for its registered patients from the new building, with patients seeing the same team of GPs, nurses and support staff.
The centre also provides community dental services from King’s College Hospital, community health services from Central London Community Healthcare and podiatry services from Cora Health.

Bringing these services together means residents can access a broader range of support closer to home, while helping health professionals work more closely together to provide joined-up care.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, visited the centre to see the new facilities, meet staff and unveil a plaque marking the opening.
