Cycle maintenance and safety

Back by popular demand, we're running a series of three-hour bike fixing courses.

Bike fixing courses

Each session will hold a maximum of six people. All relevant tools and resources will be provided.

  • Saturday 31 January 2026 - brakes (fully booked)
  • Saturday 28 March 2026 - basic bike checks and puncture repair (fully booked)
  • Saturday 30 May 2026 - gears (fully booked)
  • Saturday 25 July 2026 - basic bike checks and puncture repair

All sessions run from 9am to 12pm.

Course content

The sessions will cover:

  • Identifying main issues and faults
  • How to complete checks
  • Making minor adjustments
  • Replacing, fixing or changing

The sessions will not cover hydraulic brakes or electronic gears.

Venue

All sessions will be held at Tadmore House, Frogmore Complex, Dormay Street, London, SW18 1EY.
