Rubbish and recycling collections for non-domestic premises
We can provide rubbish, recycling and food waste collections to non-domestic premises in Wandsworth.
This includes:
- Residential hostels
- Residential nursing homes
- Charity shops - only for waste relating to domestic donations
- Premises used wholly or mainly for public meetings
- Private storage premises - only if mainly used for storing items of domestic use
- Private garages - only if mainly used for private motor vehicles
- Residential vehicles and vessels - unless used as a business for self-catering accommodation

Collections we offer
We offer weekly collections for:
- Rubbish
- Mixed recycling - including paper and card, glass, cans, plastic, cartons
- Food waste
If premises want their rubbish collected, we must also collect their mixed recycling.
Collection charges
Our annual collection charges are:
- Sack or bin - £122.20
- Eurobin or paladin - £391.50
These charges are for each bin that a premises has.
Collection charges are in addition to any hire charges you may need to pay for your bins. These are covered in the next section.
Residential nursing homes
Our weekly collection charges per bin are:
- £28.10 - for 4-wheeled rubbish bins over 1,000 litres
- £23.10 - for 4-wheeled rubbish bins over 1,000 litres
- £4.70 - for 4-wheeled recycling bins
Getting your bins
If we provide collections, your premises will need to hire bins from us or buy their own.

We can provide bins on an annual hire agreement and charges apply. A site visit may be required.

This legislation aims to standardise recycling across England. It introduces a set range of materials that all workplaces need to recycle.
Businesses with more than 10 full-time equivalent staff should have been following the legislation since 31 March 2025.
