Use our short form to make your report. There are different timescales for resolving an issue, depending on what it is.
- Full bin - 2 working days
- Damaged bin - 7 working days to make an inspection
- Dirty bin - 3 working days
- Graffitied bin - 3 working days
- Another issue - Timescale will be assessed
Check the number printed on the bin matches the bin you choose in the form.
