Description
We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of previously non-residential areas of the Fitzhugh Estate into new housing, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements, as well as re-provision of community facilities.

Resident and stakeholder engagement
A public consultation session took place on Wednesday 17 July 2024, where the updated designs for new homes and community facilities within the estate were presented.

The project website also lists a feedback survey to let us know your thoughts. We welcome your feedback by Wednesday 28 August 2024.
