Resident focus groups
Focus groups are small groups of residents who volunteer to review publications and webpages produced by the department. This could include a group meeting to discuss a publication such as the Annual Report to residents or being a virtual member and reviewing publications via email. The groups are asked to comment on the:
- Relevance of the information contained in the publication
- Clarity of the document
- Layout and design
- Grammar used
- Formatting
- Ease of finding the right information (webpages)
For attending focus group meetings you may receive shopping vouchers as a thank you for your time.
Service improvement focus groups – findings and proposals
In March and April 2025 we held two focus groups with residents. One looked at how we could improve the repairs service that is provided to residents, another focused on residents’ experiences of complaints handling.
