Challenge a PCN

You can pay, view the evidence or challenge a parking ticket using the 'start challenge' button.

You can challenge a parking ticket if you believe:

• The ticket should not have been issued, or
• There are special reasons why it should be cancelled

You need to know your PCN number and registration to search for and challenge your PCN.

You can read our guidance on challenging a PCN before making a challenge.

Do not pay for the PCN if you wish to appeal, as the case will be closed on the grounds of liability being accepted, and no further correspondence will be responded to.
