Report missed clear recycling sack delivery
We aim to deliver recycling sacks within 14 working days of ordering.
Sacks are delivered separately to your normal collection day. If you have not received your recycling sacks within 14 working days of ordering, please let us know using the form below.
You will need
- The reference number from your original sack request. This is the reference beginning with FS found on your order confirmation
- Your address
- Any information you think may be helpful to us when trying to deliver your sacks
What happens next
After you have submitted your report, you should expect to receive sacks within five working days.
