Helix Construct are continuing to make good progress on the development. 

  • Platt North – 4th lift brickwork complete 
  • Platt South – reinforced concrete frame now complete, windows and underfloor heating in progress

Externally, Helix’s landscaping team are making very good progress installing the new paving to walkways and will be rationalising car parking spaces as per the approved scheme. The garages are due to be demolished to create additional open car parking spaces following consultation with residents. Helix will continue these works throughout, with completion of the development expected in early spring 2026.
