Resident participation in your area

We have four area housing teams - Central, Eastern, Western, Southern. You can view a map of the area.

If you don't know which area team manages your property, you can check this by looking up your property details.

Get involved and join the Participation Register

If you want to get involved in Council-run engagement and scrutiny activities for housing across Wandsworth, you can join the Participation Register.

Let us know the areas and activities you're interested in and we'll contact you when an activity becomes available.

How your area housing team can help

Your area housing team are responsible for the day-to-day management of your estate. You can contact your team about anti-social behaviour, estate parking or repairs.

Each area team has a Resident Participation Officer (RPO). Our RPOs are there to help and encourage you to take part in decisions about our housing services, your communities and the decision-making process. They are able to:

RPOs also liaise with and monitor Resident Management Organisations. These are residents groups who have formed to manage housing blocks and estates on behalf of the Council.

Housing engagement events

Anyone from our estates can attend our roadshow events - no need to book, just drop in. You'll be able to talk to the housing team and your RPO about your estate as well as meet other teams, whether it's to discuss repairs, estate management, engagement, cleaning, waste or other issues.
