We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of the Felsham Road Garages on The Platt Estate for new housing.

The Platt South site, garages on Felsham Road, SW15.
Description
As an overview, the scheme will involve the redevelopment of the Waterman Street Garages on The Platt North Estate for new housing.
It will include:
- A two-storey block containing two one-bed flats and two two-bed flats
- Additional landscaping
- Refuse collection improvements
- A new bicycle storage facility
On the Platt South Estate, the redevelopment of the Felsham Road Garages for new housing will include:
- The erection of a four-storey block comprised of eight self-contained flats
- Additional landscaping
- Refuse collection improvements
- A new bicycle storage facility
News
Following completion of the tender process in autumn 2023, Helix Construction have been appointed contractor for the scheme. Helix Construction will take possession of the site in early February 2024 for initial site setup including welfare facilities and mid to end of February for enabling/main works to commence.
